Boulder CO

Woke up today at 4:30, Loretta picked me up at 5 and was at the airport at 5:30. At 7, on the airplane with an aisle seat, and some Indian fellow asked me to switch with him so he could sit next to his wife. Not sure if I'm just a poor sap or was looking to build up good karma, but I switched with him and wound up in a middle seat. Not too bad. Never had to get up and dozed most of the flight, though that didn't fully make up for having just 2.5 hours of real sleep.

Landed, waited longer than usual to get my over-size bouldering pad, got my car and headed out to Boulder, CO. A little overcast but great temps. Met up with my friend Kelly and had brunch with her and her friend Laura whom Kelly is crashing with. Kelly and I then hit up some local bouldering - its great that there is bouldering so close to town and just off the road. We hit some sprinkles and headed back early.

Soon to go check into my hotel and take a nap before checking out the town later.

More bouldering tomorrow.
